Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any website, platform, or service operated by Sri Gajapade Organisation ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any of our services — including Knowledge Nest, Resell Rights, and Wear Your Design — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

Sri Gajapade Organisation operates multiple ventures, each governed by these Terms:

• ▸ Knowledge Nest: A SaaS learning management system for course creation, hosting, and monetisation.
• ▸ Resell Rights: A digital product marketplace offering resell rights licensing for digital assets.
• ▸ Wear Your Design: A print-on-demand custom apparel platform for personal and commercial use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

• ▸ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ▸ You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• ▸ You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• ▸ You must notify us immediately at hello@srigajapade.com of any suspected unauthorised access.
• ▸ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Billing

• ▸ All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• ▸ Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• ▸ We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
• ▸ Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
• ▸ We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Sri Gajapade Organisation or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For Resell Rights products: Licenses are granted as explicitly stated in each product's license agreement. Resell rights do not transfer copyright ownership. You may not sublicense rights beyond what is explicitly permitted.

For Wear Your Design: You retain ownership of original designs you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to reproduce your designs solely for fulfilment purposes. You warrant that your designs do not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• ▸ Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing
• ▸ Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• ▸ Selling, reselling, or sublicensing access to our platforms without authorisation
• ▸ Circumventing any technical measures to access restricted content
• ▸ Using our services for spamming, phishing, or any fraudulent activity
• ▸ Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sri Gajapade Organisation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sri Gajapade Organisation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying registered users by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
