Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders placed through the Wear Your Design platform, operated by Sri Gajapade Organisation. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. For digital products (Knowledge Nest, Resell Rights), no shipping applies — digital delivery is immediate upon successful payment.

1. Order Processing

All orders on Wear Your Design are printed on demand. This means each item is manufactured specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Processing times are separate from shipping/delivery times.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are considered placed that business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship pan-India to all states and union territories via trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, and India Post.

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Cost: ₹99 per order (free on orders above ₹1,499)
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Available to all pin codes across India

2.2 Express Shipping

  • Cost: ₹249 per order
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Available in major metropolitan areas and select pin codes

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to 50+ countries internationally. International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or their partner carriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight.
  • Delivery times vary by destination: typically 10–20 business days (standard) or 5–8 business days (express).
  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • International orders may be subject to additional verification before processing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or through our order tracking page (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch notification.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Sri Gajapade Organisation is not liable for undelivered, delayed, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us at hello@srigajapade.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically make up to 3 attempts before returning the package to us.
  • In the event of a returned package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Packages unclaimed for more than 30 days will be destroyed and no refund will be issued, as each item is custom-printed to order.

7. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

While we strive to meet our stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, extreme weather events, carrier delays, or government-imposed restrictions. We will communicate any significant delays proactively and appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
