Defect Returns

1. Knowledge Nest — SaaS Platform

1.1 Subscription Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment if they are unsatisfied with the service.
  • To be eligible, the account must not have published more than 1 course or generated any revenue through the platform.
  • Renewal subscriptions are non-refundable unless there was a billing error on our part.
  • Annual plan refunds requested after 7 days will be prorated for unused months at our discretion.

1.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period after the 7-day guarantee window.
  • Upon cancellation, your data and published courses will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days before deletion.

2. Resell Rights — Digital Products

⚠️ Important Notice

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of resell rights products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or the license has been delivered.

2.1 Exceptions — Refund Eligibility

We will consider a refund request for Resell Rights products only in the following circumstances:

  • The product files are corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
  • The product description materially misrepresented the content delivered.
  • A duplicate accidental purchase occurred (same product purchased twice within 24 hours).
  • A technical error resulted in a failed or incomplete delivery after payment.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after download/access
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of required software or skills
  • The product was not generating expected profit as a resell item
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

3. Wear Your Design — Custom Apparel

As all items are custom-printed on demand specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (please refer to our detailed size guide)
  • Colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Design errors in artwork uploaded by the customer

3.1 Eligible Returns — Defective or Incorrect Items

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect (e.g., poor print quality, fabric flaw)
  • The wrong item (wrong size, colour, or design) was shipped
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The item did not match the approved print preview

3.2 How to Raise a Defect Claim

  • Email us at hello@srigajapade.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the defective item.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved claims will receive a free replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request across any of our ventures, please follow these steps:

Provide: Your full name, registered email address, order/account ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.

Wait for our response: We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 3–5 business days.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

We request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension. We take all chargeback disputes seriously and respond with full transaction records to support our position.

6. Amendments

Sri Gajapade Organisation reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our services after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
